Middle School Jump Start begins Aug. 22
Middle School Jump Start is a four-day summer program designed to help incoming sixth-grade students feel confident and ready for success in school. An increased academic workload and new ideas introduced can make the middle school transition a challenge. These are important days for incoming middle school students to start developing the skills needed to be successful. In addition to receiving help finding classrooms, opening lockers, meeting teachers, and navigating the cafeteria; students will learn important learning strategies they can use to start the school year strong!
- Monday, Aug, 22 - 25, 2022
- 8:15 a.m. to 12 p.m.
- All incoming sixth-grade students, all Hunt Middle School students
- Transportation is available from local elementary schools, find pick-up and drop-off times.
All sixth-grade students should plan on attending and are automatically enrolled for Jump Start when they enroll in Middle School. Hunt Middle School is opening Jump Start to all grades this year.
